ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) – The New York Lottery announced that a second-prize ticket for the August 10 lottery has been sold. Powerball Drawing. The $1 million ticket was sold at the Speedway at 3960 W Ridge Road in Rochester.
The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field from 1 to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field from one to 26. The Powerball The draw is broadcast on television every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
Also on Saturday, a top prize Take 5 lottery ticket was sold at Tops in Spencerport on Slayton Avenue. The ticket is worth $34,175.50.
TAKE 5 Numbers are drawn from a field of 1 to 39. The drawing is broadcast on television every day at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
A lottery prize of any amount can be claimed up to one year after the drawing date. The New York Lottery continues to be the largest and most profitable lottery in North America, contributing $3.8 billion to New York State public schools in the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
