Which stores are the worst and which are the best when it comes to grocery shopping in Michigan?

There is no shortage of options in Michigan. There are all sorts of local, regional, and national chains to choose from. And like any other business, service, or other thing that can get a Google review, it can be quantified which are the best and which are the worst.

The folks at Solitaired looked at the Google reviews of 30 of the most popular national grocery chains and dug really deep. They looked at the stores with the worst prices, the worst customer service, and many more factors to ultimately determine the ten worst grocery chains in the country.

Three of the ten worst grocery store chains in the country are based in Michigan.

Coming in fourth out of ten is Walmart with an average star rating of 4,024. Now you might be wondering if there really is a grocery store that is rated worse than Walmart? Well, the numbers say yes.

Among major grocery stores, Kroger performs worse than Walmart with an average rating of 4.023.

Save a lot

Save a Lot is not The worst large grocery store in America (this place is held by King Soopers, although there are no branches of this store in Michigan), it Is the worst grocery store in Michigan with an average rating of 4.019.
