According to a study by Statista Market Insights, revenues in the online lottery market are expected to reach more than $5 billion in 2024. Overall, U.S. lottery revenues in 2023 will exceed $113 billion, according to the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries.

Several big Arizona lottery prizes expire in September. Could you be one of the winners and not even know it?
Three Powerball prizes worth $50,000 and one Mega Millions prize worth $10,000 remain to be claimed after the March drawing. They expire in September, one of them as early as Thursday.
Four other prizes – including a Fantasy 5 jackpot worth an estimated $55,000 – will also expire in the coming months.

4 lottery prizes expire in September
- Expires September 5th: $50,000 Powerball prize from the March 9 drawing.
- Expires September 11th: $10,000 Mega Millions prize from the March 15 drawing.
- Expires September 23: $50,000 Powerball prize from the March 27 drawing.
- Expires in September. 26: $50,000 Powerball prize from the March 30 drawing.
How to request prices
To claim your unclaimed lottery winnings, you can send your ticket by mail or hand it in in person.
To turn in your ticket in person, you can go to any Arizona Lottery retailer and claim prizes up to $100 and possibly up to $599. Click here to find your nearest retailer location.
To send your ticket by mail, you can follow these steps:
- Fill out the back of your ticket in legible handwriting.
- Mail your signed lottery ticket to: PO Box 2913, Phoenix, AZ 85062.
- Please keep a copy of all items, including the front and back of the ticket, for your records.
