PHOENIX (AZFamily) – True Food Kitchen is a fan favorite with great, made-from-scratch food!
And even better: they’re serving a new happy hour menu!
Their happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. We stopped by the Biltmore location to take a look at the menu, which offers dishes ranging from $4 to $12.
If you want something small to nibble on, try the spiced mixed nuts or the chili cucumber crunchers with scallions, basil, cilantro, citrus ponzu and chili garlic crunch. Both dishes are $4.
For $8, you can grab the Buffalo Cauliflower with Point Reyes’ famous blue cheese, homemade buffalo sauce, and bread crumbs. Flavorful and savory in every bite!
Sticking with the savory dishes, the turkey meatballs are a hit, with Diestel Farms turkey, parmesan fondue, chili glaze, and grilled sourdough bread. They’re $10 during happy hour.
The duo dip is fantastic, with a hearty serving of hummus and edamame guacamole. It’s served with homemade pita chips and ancient grain pita. It’s $10 and will easily fill you up.
If you want seafood, they have that too! The Tuna Tostada is $10 and features wild caught tuna, pickled red onions, avocado mousse, crunchy chili and garlic, and crispy corn tortilla.
The $12 tier features delicious Meatball Sliders made with sustainably raised organic beef from Verde Farms, caramelized onions, smoked Gouda, horseradish aioli and gravy. Fresh, healthy and at a great price!
Oh, and during happy hour, beers are $5!
