According to the Michelin Guide, Bib Gourmand restaurants are often personal favorites among the Michelin inspectors in their daily lives. To qualify for a Bib Gourmand designation, restaurants must have a Three-course menu at a “reasonable price”, which varies depending on location.

While the regular Michelin stars praise heavyweights like the two-starred Providence and n/naka, we love the Bib Gourmand option as a more accessible way to experience the best quality at cheaper prices. Which restaurant will you visit first?
