The groom is the son of Tari and Curtis Lucky of Dallas and the grandson of Charles A. and the late Mary E. Taylor of Longview, Texas, and the late Ruby and Charles Lucky.

The chapel was decorated with column arrangements of garden roses, white carnations, eucalyptus, Italian butcher’s broom and baby’s breath. In the chancel stood a cross with a row of hydrangeas, stocks and roses at its base. The music was played by soloist Robert Guy from Dallas.

The bride was accompanied by her father and wore an ivory and sand satin and Venetian lace gown with a sweetheart neckline. The fitted bodice had a low back, lace sleeves and a lace overlay. The trumpet-shaped skirt had a deep Venetian lace hem and ended in a semi-cathedral length train. Her soft illusion fountain veil was regally cathedral length and trimmed with lace. She carried a hand-tied cascade of calla lilies, cream and white garden roses, white spray roses and eucalyptus seeds.

Dr. Joya Hampton-Anderson of Atlanta served as her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Camille Greer of Nashville, Tennessee, Taylor Henderson of Chicago, Kelsey Newman of Atlanta, and Morgan Scribner of Ashburn, Virginia. They wore gold lace, chiffon, and satin gowns and carried small, round bouquets of wedding flowers.

Guests included Wes Anderson of Atlanta, LaBrandon Lucky and Charles D. Taylor, both of Longview, and Stephen Puckett of Houston.

The ceremony was followed by a reception, also in the chapel at Ana Villa. Some guest tables included arrangements of white garden roses, white hydrangeas, eucalyptus, white spray roses, and Italian butcher’s broom. Floating candles in cylinder vases and candlesticks were placed around each centerpiece. Other guest tables included gold and glass candlesticks. Family tables featured wedding flowers on 5-foot white stands, crystal candelabras, and floating candles. A table for the bride and groom was set against an arched backdrop with the couple’s monogram in gold, with floral arrangements on pedestals and floating candles on either side.

The bride has a bachelor’s degree in human resource and organizational development from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in management from the University of Notre Dame. She is an account executive at Beck Technology in Dallas.
