Alex Cora continues the recent trend

The Red Sox continue to fight for their postseason spot on Thursday when they head to Yankee Stadium for the start of a four-game series against the New York Yankees.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora is also following a current trend.

Boston will have six right-handers in the lineup on Thursday, with Romy Gonzalez and Danny Jansen all returning to face left-handed starter Nestor Cortes.

Triston Casas, Masataka Yoshida and Rob Refsnyder – who was left out of the squad at the last minute – will initially sit on the bench.
