Happy Friday the 13th, campers! In honor of this very special day, Fandango at Home is offering its Friday the 13th 8-movie collection for $13. Start your journey at Camp Crystal Lake and end up (briefly) in Manhattan; witness the evolution from Mrs. Voorhees to Jason in a burlap sack, to a hockey mask, and beyond.
If you want to see Jason Voorhees on the big screen, you’re in luck. We’ve teamed up with our friends at Paramount Scares for some limited screenings of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter on Friday, September 13th and 15th.
Director: Joseph Zito (Bloodlust), The last chapter is the fourth part of the Friday the 13th Franchise. You know, there are at least eight films in the mix (there are even more), which means that this is indeed far from the final Chapter! But we’ll let you start your journey at home, watch the first three in your package and then head to your local cinema to The last chapter on the big screen and finish your marathon at home with V–VIII. Joe Bob and Darcy host a special Friday the 13th episode of The last drive-in cinema tonight on Shudder. They’re changing up the single-movie format this season and going back to their old double-movie format for the occasion. I don’t know if Voorhees will be there, but I know it’s going to be a good time.
