EUFAULA, Alabama (WDHN) – The remnants of Tropical Storm Francine are causing flooding concerns for Eufaula residents.

Heavy rain moved through eastern Alabama on Saturday morning, dumping several inches of rain on the roads and making it difficult for drivers to reach their destinations.

Eufaula Police used Facebook to warn drivers about flooded roads.

Currently, all of North Randolph in the historic district as well as West Broad Street, Cherry Street, Colmont and South Eufaula Avenue are affected by severe flooding.
