Joshua Jackson looked handsome on the 2024 Emmys red carpet, where he chatted with Billy Bush from “Extra.” When asked about his slimmer look, he insisted it was because he was chasing after his 4-year-old daughter Juno!

On staying fit, he said: “I have a four-year-old to chase after… I think that’s it.”

Billy teased him: “No Ozempic?” and Joshua said: “I don’t think that’s for me.”

He also compared the fact that he only has one daughter to his “Dawson Creek” co-star James Van Der Beek’s brood of six. When Billy asked if they were in a group chat with the rest of the cast, Jackson said, “Van Der Beek just has kids. That’s his thing.”

Jackson added: “I have one, he has a whole village.”

The star went on to talk about working with Don Johnson on the new ABC television show “Doctor Odyssey,” saying, “He’s one of a group of men who are slowly retiring from our industry and whose connections go back to the Golden Era, and it’s such a joy to just sit and listen to this man.”

He also enjoys a certain work-life balance, saying: “This job I’m working on is such a miracle because it’s filmed here, so I get to be here. My daughter goes to school. I have a little bit of real life through my work. That’s a good thing.”

Jackson’s job comes with a nice bonus! “They gave me free tickets to Disneyland. Like I said, I have a four-year-old, so that’s pretty much the only bonus I need!”
