The Kansas City Chiefs narrowly earned their second win of the 2024 regular season on Sunday, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals 26-25 on a walk-off field goal by kicker Harrison Butker.
Before Butker’s game-winning penalty, Kansas City’s offense was largely led by running back Isiah Pacheco, who rushed for 90 yards on 19 attempts against Cincinnati’s strong defense.
In the second half, Pacheco left the field and stood on the sidelines, apparently in pain.
According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told the media that the former Rutgers star was being evaluated for an ankle injury.

Following Schefter’s post, another report from ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington revealed that Pacheco left Arrowhead Stadium after the game on crutches and in boots.

Pacheco has been a solid contributor to Reid’s offense and is one of Kansas City’s most valuable players.
