Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “chief manipulator” Kristina Khorram

Sean “Diddy” Combs once described his chief of staff at Combs Enterprises, Kristina Khorram, as his “right-hand woman” – but a source close to the federal sex trafficking investigation against him believes she is more likely his “chief manipulator.”

“If anyone was the gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything,” the source added to The Post.

The three-count federal indictment charging Combs on Tuesday with sex trafficking, organized crime and transportation for the purpose of prostitution named “high-level superiors.” The 54-year-old hip-hop mogul was arrested by Department of Homeland Security officials in a New York hotel on Tuesday.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges but remains in custody on a judge’s order after a $50 million bail request was denied. Khorram has not been arrested or charged with a crime.

“If there’s someone holding the door, Kristina knows everything,” the source added to the Post. According to the indictment, Combs used “certain employees,” including “high-level supervisors,” to “conduct, facilitate and cover up his abuse and commercial sex ring.” Diddy/ Facebook

According to the indictment, Combs used “certain employees,” including “senior supervisors,” to “conduct, facilitate and cover up his abuse and commercial sex ring,” although none of his employees were named in the papers.

Supervisors facilitated sexual performances known as “freak offs,” the indictment says, involving sex workers and “stocking hotel rooms with the necessary freak off supplies, including controlled substances, baby oil lubricant, extra bedding and lighting,” which were “stocked in advance with the necessary freak off items.”

During raids on Diddy’s mansions earlier this year, federal agents seized “narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.”

“(The government) has obtained evidence from many sources – recordings, text messages – names, texts from Kristina Khorram.”

Khorram joined Bad Boy Entertainment as an executive in 2013, becoming manager for Diddy, Combs Enterprises’ “Office of the Chairman of the Board,” according to her now-deleted LinkedIn profile. She was named chief of staff in 2020. Instagram

Khorram did not respond to The Post’s request for comment on Tuesday. In 2021, Diddy posted about her on Facebook: “She has been my right hand for the past 8 years and has proven time and time again that she gets things done and done. I don’t know how I would function without her.”

In a lawsuit filed separately to the federal investigation into rapper Lil Rod in February, Khorram, 37, was described as the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein” – a reference to the notorious sex offender and his now-incarcerated right-hand man – and accused of “ordering sex workers and prostitutes for him.”

Lil Rod, born Rodney Jones, also alleged in an amended complaint that Khorram “required” Combs’ household staff, including the butler, cook and housekeepers, to carry a “belt bag” containing cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummy bears and a pink drug called Tuci – a combination of ecstasy and cocaine – so that Combs could indulge in his “drug of choice” at any time.

According to Lil Rod’s lawsuit, Khorram also “knowingly and willfully participated in, perpetrated, aided and abetted a sex trafficking enterprise.”

As chief of staff, according to Lil Rod’s lawsuit, Khorram was “instrumental in organizing and conducting the (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) enterprise,” which he claims was run by Diddy.

According to Lil Rod’s lawsuit, Khorram also hired another employee, Stevie J, to recruit sex workers to participate in the “Freak Offs.”

Lil Rod’s lawsuit is ongoing, but Diddy’s lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss the case.

“Mr. Jones’ lawsuit is pure fiction – a shameless attempt to generate media hype and get a quick settlement… Mr. Jones was not threatened, manipulated, attacked or trafficked. We look forward to proving in court that all of Mr. Jones’ allegations are fabricated and must be dismissed,” attorney Erica Wolff told USA Today in August about the lawsuit.

“Kristina might be cooperative,” the source said, referring to the federal case against Diddy. “At least she will cooperate if she’s smart.”
