Kristina Khorram has not been charged with any crime.

Kristina Khorram, chief of staff to hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs who was once described as his “right-hand woman,” is now considered the “chief manipulator,” sources close to the federal sex trafficking investigation said.

Combs, 54, was indicted on Tuesday on three counts: sex trafficking, organized crime and solicitation for the purpose of prostitution. Although he pleaded not guilty, Combs remains in custody after a judge denied his request for $50 million bail, the NY Post reported.

The indictment accuses Combs of organizing a sex trafficking operation with the help of “certain associates,” including high-level supervisors. Those associates allegedly facilitated sexual performances, known as “freak offs,” involving sex workers and involving the use of “controlled substances, baby oil, extra bedding and lighting.”

Although the indictment does not name any specific individuals, sources suggest that Kristina Khorram, who has not been charged with any crime, may have important information about the operation. “If someone is the gatekeeper, Kristina knows everything,” a source told the NY Post.

Earlier this year, federal raids on Combs’ mansions uncovered narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant. Investigators reportedly recovered key evidence, including text messages and recordings, some of which allegedly incriminate Khorram.

In 2021, Diddy publicly praised Khorram, posting on Facebook that the 37-year-old had been his “right hand woman for 8 years” and had “consistently proven to get things done and done.” “I don’t know how I would function without her,” he wrote.

However, allegations against Kristina Khorram surfaced in a separate lawsuit filed by rapper Lil Rod (real name Rodney Jones) in February 2024. In his lawsuit, Khorram is compared to Ghislaine Maxwell, the notorious assistant to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, and accused of ordering “sex workers and prostitutes” for Combs.

The lawsuit also alleges that Khorram required Combs’ household staff to carry a “belt bag” containing various drugs, including cocaine, GHB and ecstasy, to satisfy the hip-hop star’s drug use.

Lil Rod’s lawsuit also states that Khorram “knowingly and intentionally participated in, conducted, aided and abetted a sex trafficking enterprise,” and she claims she was instrumental in organizing Combs’ alleged “Freak Off” events. According to the lawsuit, another associate, Stevie J, was recruited to help find sex workers for these parties.

Diddy’s legal team has denied all allegations and dismissed Lil Rod’s claims as fabrications. A source hinted that Khorram may decide to cooperate with federal authorities. “If she’s smart, she’ll at least do that,” the source added.
