When is the release date of the FC 25 web app and companion app?

The EA Sports FC 25 Web App has been confirmed for April 1st. Wednesday 18 September.

The Companion App will then be available on Thursday 19 September 2024.

Until now, the web and companion apps have always been introduced before the video game’s release, and this year is no different.

When will the FC 25 web app and companion app be released?

Both the web app and the companion app are expected to be released on 18:00 BST on their respective release dates.

However, if complications arise or too many people try to go online at the same time, problems can arise that cause a delay.

If the servers remain stable, it should be 6pm for fans in the UK!

How to get the FC 25 Web App and Companion App? What we know so far

Players can access the EA FC 25 web app via PC, Mac or mobile device – just like last year’s website.

Once everything is up and running, details should be available on the EA Sports FC website, so keep an eye on that.

On the other hand, the companion app should also be accessible on mobile devices. Specifically, we expect it to be available in both the App Store and the Google Play Store.

In the past, the web app and companion app have offered the same functionality and it is expected that this will continue to be the case.

What do the FC 25 web app and companion app do?

Essentially, the FC 25 web app and companion app will give you access to your club in Ultimate Team before the game is released. Players will then be able to buy, sell and manage their teams in time for the football simulator’s launch.

Again, EA hasn’t confirmed anything yet, but we expect a similar level of functionality to carry over into the latest version.

For example, Squad Builder, Challenges, Weekly Competitions and other features that have appeared in the past.

Anyone who has used the app in the past 12 months will probably also be able to update from EA FC 24 to EA FC 25.

The only thing we do know is that anyone who played Ultimate Team in EA Sports FC 24 will receive some additional rewards when they return for the latest edition.

Can FC Points be purchased in the FC 25 web app and companion app?

There are no possibility to buy FC points in the web app or companion app.

FC Points can be purchased in-game with real money. You cannot purchase them in the web app or companion app.

The other currency, FC Coins, is earned by playing the game and completing objectives (instead of purchasing them).

EA Sports FC 25 is scheduled to be released on September 27, 2024 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows.
