What happens in the second episode?

SPOILER ALERT! This post contains details from the second episode of Marvel’s Agatha, all the time.

Read on for a full summary of Agatha all the time Episode 2.

Now that Agatha is clear-headed again, she tries to make up for lost time and regain her strength.

As she walks out the door, she tells Teen to say hello to the “vengeful ones” for her as he finally removes the tape from his mouth and begs her to take him to Witch Street. She is visibly shaken by the request and insists that the street doesn’t exist, but he won’t take no for an answer.

When she realizes he won’t give up, she asks him what he’s looking for. Power. He’s tired of learning little tricks. He really wants to be able to do magic, and the street promises him just that. Luckily for him, Agatha is looking for exactly the same thing.

She tries to shake him off again, but he pleads with her, reminding her that other witches are after her. She asks his name, but when he tries to answer, his mouth is covered with a seal that hides his words. The seal is in the shape of an “M.”

Now Agatha is curious. She agrees to accompany him on the road. First they have to find a witches’ coven.

First, they try a fortune teller’s shop, where they meet Lilia Calderu (played by Patti LuPone). Although Agatha doesn’t recognize her and tries to lie about her motives, she recognizes Agatha. It takes a little convincing, but Agatha eventually manages to get her on board as her fortune teller witch.

Next, they set out to find a potion witch and recruit Jennifer Kale (Sasheer Zamata), who has been running a fraudulent wellness shop riddled with legal troubles since being expelled from the witch community, to assist them in their quest.

In a strange turn of events, their next witch, a blood witch, is hiding in a Hot Topic. They are after Ali Ahn’s Alice Wu-Gulliver, the daughter of the powerful witch Lorna Wu, who is rumored to have been lost on Witch Road.

After the witches are gathered, Agatha heads home with Teen to get ready before sunset. On the way home, she asks Teen for more details about his life, but as he starts to spill the details, something prevents Agatha from hearing what he is saying. There is no seal this time, but it sounds almost muffled as he chats about his past.

There is only an hour left until sunset, and then Agatha knows the Salem Seven will be coming to pick her up. So she waits very anxiously for the other witches to arrive to officially form their coven. But when they arrive, they point out that they don’t have a Green Witch. Agatha tries to brush this off, but the others insist. Earth magic is the key to traveling on the road.

Agatha runs across the street to quickly recruit her neighbor Mrs. Hart, aka Sharon (Debra Jo Rupp).

Eventually, she gathers the group to sing the ballad “Witches Road” and conjure their way. As they sing, the Salem Seven sneak up and Agatha tries to get the other witches to give her a little power to fight them off (remember, Agatha can steal other witches’ powers if they hit them directly with her magic).

Of course, they see through her tricks and refuse to play along, leaving Witch Street as the only way out. The only problem? She doesn’t appear when they finish the song. But after some bickering, as they begin to doubt the street even exists, two doors appear beneath them just in time and they are able to escape the clutches of the Salem Seven.

Now the real journey begins, as the motley group finds itself at the beginning of the Witches’ Road.
