Although the contract is close to being finalized, the sale has not yet been finalized, so it is unclear whether Stallone has negotiated a deal for the new building.

Sly, who currently lives in a $35 million mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, reportedly made an offer on the property after two video tours, but he has never seen it in person.

The three-story, nine-bathroom home is just one mile from the beach.

The mansion was designed by award-winning interior designer James Michael Howard and is “influenced by classical architecture” and its Southern style.

“Every detail, from the furniture to the carpets, curtains and lighting, including antiques from around the world, has been carefully chosen for this spectacular property,” which is fully furnished, according to the listing.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a double-height ceiling foyer and a dramatic staircase. The exquisite flooring was installed by craftsmen flown in from the South, according to The Post.

The sun-filled living area opens to a “great room adorned with the careful hand of a world-renowned decorator,” the listing says.

The custom-made archways add a touch of elegance and architectural flair, combining modern and vintage styles.

Howard added jewel-tone accents in nearly every room while maintaining the breezy coastal style of the Hamptons.

The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances with brass hardware and marble countertops and features a blue breakfast nook near the windows.

The eight bedrooms are spread over all three floors of the house and are easily accessible by elevator.

The expansive lower level features a recreational area with pool table, home theater and plenty of space for guests.

Other selling points include multiple wood-burning fireplaces, a mudroom with radiant heating, a detached two-car garage, and 18th-century antiques.

The outside of the mansion is painted white and the grounds are lined with perfectly manicured hedges.

Since the property is located in the Hamptons, the outdoor space was a major selling point – with a large heated gunite pool, a detached pool house, a covered entertainment area, an outdoor shower and a sprawling lawn.

Before the house’s impending sale, it was rented out during the summer season for a whopping $1.4 million.
