Close friends of Cheryl Hines previously warned the Curb your enthusiasm Actress against marriage to womanizer and failed presidential candidate Robert F. Kenedy Jr.
They were reportedly “confused” that she decided to marry the scandalous Kennedy scion in 2014, who has now been revealed to have had an affair with political reporter Olivia Nuzzi.
In his insightful 2015 biography RFK Jr.: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the dark side of the dream Author Jerry Oppenheimer wrote of his subject: “Any woman who gets involved with Bobby does so with her eyes open or her brain cut off. Any woman who thinks she can change Bobby is misguided and willfully ignorant.”
Oppenheimer, a close friend of Kennedy’s who attended his wedding to Hines in Massachusetts, was blunt, writing that a guest at the ceremony “was puzzled as to why Hines had married Bob, since his past as a womanizer had become so public and embroiled in scandal.”
The author added: “Women need to understand what they are getting into when they are with him. You can hate it, you can make excuses for it, you can do whatever you want, it doesn’t change the fact that he has been doing certain things for a long time.”
Even before the wedding, Kennedy was accused of infidelity because of his relationship with socialite Chelsea Kirwan.
Kennedy has six children. His first wife was Emily Ruth Black. His second, Mary Richardson, committed suicide in 2012. It was reported that she kept a diary in which she listed all of his affairs with other women.

Hines, 58, has a daughter, 20-year-old Catherine, with her former ex-husband Paul Young.
Oppenheimer’s book describes how Hines’ curb Creator and star Larry David told Kennedy, “Nothing you do will ever faze her.”
These are truly prophetic words. Now it remains to be seen how Hines will react to the latest report of Kennedy’s fraud.
