The Texas football team maintained its winning streak last week with a 56-3 win over UTSA, despite starting quarterback Quinn Ewers being sidelined in the second quarter with an abdominal strain.
In his place, backup quarterback Arch Manning completed 9 of 12 passes for 223 yards and four touchdowns. Manning also showed off his speed with a 67-yard rushing touchdown.
The Longhorns face the University of Louisiana Monroe on Saturday, their final nonconference opponent of the regular season. The Warhawks are 2-1 with wins over UAB and Jackson State and a loss to Louisiana-Lafayette. They have never faced an opponent of the same caliber as UT, which was ranked No. 2 in the most recent US LBM Coaching Poll.

With Texas a 44.5-point favorite, this is a chance for coach Steve Sarkisian to find some playing time for the reserve players on the roster. Sarkisian said Thursday that Manning will start for the first time in his career. Saturday’s game will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN+ and SEC Network+.

What channel is Texas-ULM on Saturday?
The Texas vs. ULM game will not be broadcast on a traditional television network. Instead, the game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and SEC Network+. Those who already have an ESPN+ subscription will be able to stream the game on this digital platform.
For customers who receive SEC Network through their cable package, SEC Network+ is a complement to that channel. Viewers must continue to watch SEC Network+ through the ESPN app.
