4-star PF Trent Sisley moves to Indiana

Trent Sisleya four-star power forward in the class of 2025, has committed to Indiana and head coach Michael Woodsonhe told On3.

The 2.00 m tall senior from Montverde Academy (FL) chose the Hoosiers over a top group of Iowa, Michigan State, Notre Dame, And Purdue.

According to the On3 Industry RankingsThe Santa Claus, Indiana native is the No. 78 prospect in the 2025 cycle. He is also the No. 17 prospect at power forward. The On3 industry ranking is a weighted average that takes into account all four major recruiting media companies.

Sisley on his commitment to Indiana

Trent Sisley explained his decision to choose IU in detail to On3.

“I felt at home,” he said. “I could just feel how much Coach Woodson and the whole staff wanted me throughout the recruiting process. And ultimately, it was just the opportunity to be able to contribute.”

How did he come to trust Mike Woodson and the coaching staff?

“I think it was just the trust that his current and former employees had in him and all that he did for them and helped them achieve, as well as the relationship we built throughout the recruiting process.”

To put it in his own words: What type of player does Indiana get in Trent Sisley?

“I think I’m someone who can bring a lot of versatility at any time and on both ends of the court. I like to push the tempo on offense and spread the court with my shots.”

He has a message for the IU fans.

“I’m a kid from Indiana who is ready to compete at the highest level and WIN.”
