The voice returns for season 26 on Monday, September 23, with two brand new coaches and, of course, new contestants vying for the singing competition series’ grand prize. Judges Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire both return to the show as coaches and are joined by newcomers Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg (who you may know from his work as an Olympic commentator). Carson Daly, who has hosted the show since season one, also returns. During the first round of competition on The voiceSingers compete against each other in a so-called blind audition – while they sing, the judges turn their backs to them. The first judge to press a button and choose the artist then turns around in his characteristic red chair and faces the candidate, whom he then mentors throughout the season in the hope that he improves his skills and eventually gets a record deal.

The voiceThe new season of will have a two-hour premiere on Monday, September 23, starting at 8 p.m. (the premiere on Tuesday of the following week, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 8 p.m.). Reba McEntire returns for her third season as a coach; she has also worked on the show as a consultant in the past. Hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg and jazz singer Michael Bublé are joining the show as judges for the first time.
