Jason Aldean brings restaurant, live music and studio to the Las Vegas Strip | Food

As first reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, country superstar Jason Aldean is opening a restaurant on the Strip. In a statement Thursday, the restaurant group that opened the restaurant with Aldean publicly confirmed the project for the first time and provided details that had not been previously released.

The key takeaway is that the project is more than just a restaurant. It’s a 22,500-square-foot venue with a main dining area that seats about 250, seven bars, an elliptical terrace overlooking the Strip, two music stages, on-site DJs, bottle service, merchandise and an iHeartRadio studio where interviews with musicians and other celebrities will be recorded.

The venue at 63 CityCenter on the Strip and West Harmon Avenue will be called Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar, with a fall debut planned.

The singer-songwriter already has locations in Nashville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, as well as Pittsburgh, with Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, but the Vegas location lacks the word “rooftop,” apparently in recognition of the fact that 63’s roof is already occupied by stylish steak and seafood spot Ocean Prime.

Family recipes, hits

The restaurant’s menu features Aldean family favorites such as Jason’s Mac & Cheese (cavatappi, chicken, pepper jack sauce, beer, bacon), Grandma’s Pot Roast and Mama Aldean’s Peach Cobbler, along with a 32-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye Steak.

The beverage program includes Teabird, Aldean’s co-owned sweet tea brand. The Tractor Bar, the venue’s main bar, features a vintage John Deere 4020 tractor, a tribute to Aldean’s multi-platinum number one hit “Big Green Tractor.”

Memorabilia selected by the singer-songwriter include guitars, personal photos and record signs featuring best-selling songs such as “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Any Ol’ Barstool” and “My Kinda Party.”

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar is located at 3716 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Visit jasonaldeansbar.com or follow @jasonaldeans on social media.
