Pavilion in the Park receives .48 million renovation after tornado

This week’s multi-million dollar deals and construction on the tornado-damaged pavilion in the park begin.

East Harding Inc. of Little Rock secured the $6.48 million contract to repair tornado damage at the Pavilion in the Park at 8201 Cantrell Road in Little Rock.

MFD Wallace Holdings LLC, led by Dustin Wallace, purchased the 4,345-square-foot Baptist Health Clinic and the 3,360-square-foot Baptist Health Therapy Center at 1701 Club Manor Drive in Maumelle for $1.6 million.

W. Fairpark Associates LLC of Jupiter, Florida, has sold the vacant 13,428-square-foot Walgreens store at 5525 W. 12th St. in downtown Little Rock for $1.6 million to AH Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based Atwater Group.

OM SAI Krishna LLC, led by Vipulkumar Patel, has acquired the 40-room Day’s Inn at 1414 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville from Kalpesh Patel for more than $1.3 million.

The Gary & Marley Jones Family Revocable Trust sold its 4,728-square-foot home in the Hallen Court neighborhood of west Little Rock to John Davis Sr. and his wife Sara for $1.3 million.

Steel Corner LLC, a subsidiary of Little Rock-based Lexicon Inc., has purchased Yourga Trucking’s 5,864-square-foot office and repair building at 4400 Thibault Road in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park from Beverly Churko and Daphne Buskirk for more than $1.2 million.

Neil Burnette and Andrea Burnette sold their 4,479-square-foot home in the Falstone Court neighborhood of west Little Rock to Michael and Anne Preston for more than $1.1 million.
