Hagerstown Regional Airport announces expanded flight schedule for spring 2025

HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 12, 2024) – Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) is pleased to announce the release of Allegiant’s Fall 2024 – Spring 2025 schedule, which will significantly expand our service offerings, providing passengers with more travel options and greater convenience in the upcoming season.

Key highlights of the updated schedule include:

  • St. Pete/Clearwater, FL (PIE): After a brief hiatus in August and September, flights will resume at least twice weekly from October 2024 to May 12, 2025 to ensure continuous service to this popular destination.
  • Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB): Service to this destination will continue year-round, with three-times-weekly service during the months of October 2024, February and March 2025! A few additional flights will also be operated during the December holiday weeks, with service returning to twice-weekly frequencies for the majority of the remainder of the schedule.
  • Myrtle Beach, SC (MYR): Flights to Myrtle Beach are available through November 11, 2024, and HGR hopes to resume the summer season in the third or fourth week of May 2025.
  • Overall Growth: Compared to last year, HGR will offer a total of 67 more flights, representing a 31.5% increase in capacity. There were a total of 213 scheduled/completed flights in calendar year 2023, while 280 flights are planned for calendar year 2024. Note: Each flight represents one air carrier arrival and one departure, for a total of 560 Allegiant air carrier movements/operations in calendar year 2024.
