EVANSVILLE, Indiana., 12 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Escalade, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESCA) announced that it has completed the sale of its facility in Rosarito, Mexico together with its related assets. The Company has expanded its operations at other Escalade facilities in North America.

“We had previously announced our intention to sell this property as part of our plan to optimize our operations, increase organizational efficiency and improve asset utilization,” explained Walter P. Glazer, Jr.President and CEO of Escalade, Inc. “I want to encourage our teams in Mexico and the United States for their hard work in managing the orderly transition of these operations.”

The proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce the company’s more expensive variable-rate debt.
