Two cities in Colorado are on the list of most desirable places to live

I remember when I left Colorado years ago, I couldn’t wait to get back home. Although it took my wife and I years to finally return to the state we love, we did. Just not in the time frame we wanted.

Everyone who comes to Colorado knows about its beauty and how great it is to live, so it’s no secret why so many people flock to the state of Colorado and call it home.

Listwithclever.com recently released a list of the cities where people most and least want to live in 2024. Two Colorado cities made the list. Factors that make a place an attractive place to live include low crime rates, low living and housing costs, good weather, low taxes, and the amount of amenities and recreational opportunities in the area.

Denver is one of the most desirable cities in the country

Denver, also known as the “Mile High City,” is a bustling metropolis at an elevation of 17,000 feet above sea level. Denver was ranked as one of the most livable cities in 2024 by listwithclever.com. Although Denver is on the list, it doesn’t take first place or even the top half. Although Denver is in eighth place, it is still a place where many people want to live. Tampa, Florida, took first place as the most livable city in 2024.

Colorado Springs is an attractive mid-sized city to live in 2024

If you don’t necessarily want to live in the middle of it all, Colorado has other attractive cities as well. Colorado Springs ranks second on the list of most attractive mid-sized cities to live in. Honolulu, Hawaii, ranks first on the list.
