With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the luxury hospitality industry, Aditya brings a wealth of experience and an excellent reputation for taking food and beverage operations to new heights.

With extensive experience, Mr. Ramani’s career path demonstrates his remarkable ability to lead and innovate across multiple locations. Most recently, he was Director of Food & Beverage at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi, where he orchestrated a major F&B transformation, including the reintroduction of the iconic Spice Route and the launch of a new Imperial Lounge that further enhanced the luxury of the hotel.

Previously, Aditya served as the Director of Food & Beverage at the Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff, Johannesburg, contributing significantly to the hotel’s success through his strategic leadership of the restaurant and banquet operations. This came in the post-Covid-19 era, where he played a pivotal role in the launch of an exceptional beverage experience called Gin Lab, focused on elevating the hotel’s beverage story. His tenure at the Four Seasons, Maldives further demonstrated his prowess in creating unforgettable culinary experiences and leading high-profile annual events across the two hotels and on a luxury yacht of the brand in the region.

Aditya Ramani is the Head of Food and Beverage Operations at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. His strategic vision includes refining food and beverage concepts, optimizing operations and designing unique guest experiences that are consistent with JW Marriott’s commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
