Regions Bank announced that it has been named to the 2024 Disability Equality Index®, the world’s leading nonprofit resource for disability inclusion in business. This year’s recognition marks the fourth consecutive year Regions has been named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.

The Disability Equality Index is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN. Now in its 10th edition,th This year, the Disability Equality Index has emerged as the leading independent third-party resource for annual benchmarking of disability inclusion policies and programs in companies, and is used by over 70% of U.S. Fortune 100 companies and nearly half of Fortune 500 companies.

The Disability Equality Index is an objective, reflective, forward-looking and confidential disability assessment tool designed to help companies advance inclusion practices.
