Women are more ambitious than ever, but not all workplaces are ideally suited to them. With gender and racial discrimination, pay inequality and inequality of opportunity, not all offices are equal.

Fortunately, Forbes has released its annual list of some of the best workplaces for women and taken an in-depth look at which companies put female employees first.

The media said it had conducted a survey in collaboration with market research firm Statista among more than 150,000 women who work in companies with at least 1,000 employees in the United States.

In the results, respondents were asked to recommend their current – and previous – employer based on their experiences. Respondents were also asked to rate their current employers on pay equity, work culture, parental benefits and how HR handles discrimination, harassment and other gender-related challenges. Responses from the past three years were considered.

“To calculate each company’s ranking, research and survey responses were combined in a points system, with more recent data and responses from current employees given greater weight than information collected in previous years or information from employees with second-hand knowledge of the companies,” the medium writes.

Without further ado, here are the top 10 employers for women according to Forbes. In first place is Statewide Children’s HospitalBased in Columbus, Ohio, the hospital is a nationally recognized pediatric critical care teaching hospital that has treated millions of patients, and its own Dr. Jerry Mendell was named one of the nation’s most influential physicians on TIME100 Health’s list.

Rounding out the list are Progressive Insurance, Lululemon Athletica Clothing (despite recent allegations of promoting a racially discriminatory work environment), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota Insurance, Foot Locker, Boston Medical Center, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Golden 1 Credit Union, Alzheimer’s Association and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
