If you need a few essentials to get work done or are looking to tackle a seasonal home project like repainting the kitchen or replacing the cushions on your patio furniture, you may want to plan a trip to Lowe’s.

Like most retailers, Lowe’s will be open as usual in the days leading up to Easter Sunday. But what about the big day itself?

Is Lowe’s open on Easter 2024?

This year Easter begins a little earlier than usual and falls on Sunday, March 31st.

While many retailers, including Walmart and The Home Depot, are open for the holidays, Lowe’s will be closed on Easter this year.

A spokesperson told TODAY.com in an email that stores would remain closed “to show appreciation to Lowe’s associates for their dedication to serving our customers. This day off will give our associates the opportunity to spend a little more time with their loved ones.”

Lowe’s will reopen on Monday, April 1, during regular business hours.

Shops open at Easter 2024

• Albertson’s: Most shops are open. Customers should check with local shops for pharmacy opening times. Local opening times can be found here.
