New gourmet baked potato restaurant opens on Lexington’s Chinoe Road

If you’re one of those people who’s never had a potato that you didn’t like, there’s a new restaurant just for you.

Everything Spuds is coming to Chinoe Plaza, in the former Subway location at 1070 Chinoe Rd., Suite 140, next to Chinoe Grill and in front of the mall’s anchor tenant, a Kroger grocery store.

Owner Eric Armstrong said the restaurant is scheduled to open in March. The menu includes gourmet baked potatoes with any toppings you like, from shrimp Alfredo to prime pepper steak.

Armstrong said customers will be able to order at the counter and choose their toppings. Prices will range from $8.50 to $16 for premium items.

Everything Spuds is open for lunch and dinner. They offer takeout, with limited seating onsite.
