Hideki Matsuyama will be without his caddy and coach this weekend after the trio were robbed at a London airport.

The three were on their way to the FedEx Cup Playoffs in Memphis, Tennessee, after the Olympic Games in Paris, but made a pit stop in London.

While he was there, Matsuyama’s wallet was stolen, while his caddy Shota Hayoto and his coach Mikihito Kuroyima had their passports snatched.

Therefore, his caddy and coach had to return to Japan, where their passports and visas will be renewed.

“There is a chance they will make it (to the tournament), but we have to assume the chance is close to zero,” Matsuyama said, according to Golf Digest Japan.

The New York Post notes that the earliest they could arrive in the U.S. is the week of the Tour Championship. Matsuyama would need to be in the top 30 to play at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta and is currently ranked No. 8.

Without his accomplices, Matsuyama says, “I bear all the responsibility.”

“I’m looking forward to this for the first time in a long time,” he added.

Instead, Matsuyama will have Taiga Tabuchi in his pocket for the foreseeable future.

“I want to pass on to (Tabuchi) what I worked on with Shota (Hayato) on the course,” said Matsuyama.
