The hemisphere’s hottest luxury villa company has announced another major opening in the Caribbean, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Nocturne Luxury Villas, which operates premier luxury villa rental companies in the United States, Caribbean and Mexico, has acquired Grand Cayman Vilas and Condos.

Grand Cayman Villas and Condos (GCVC) complements Nocturne’s existing brands, including Exceptional Stays in Telluride, WIMCO St Barth Properties, CaboVillas.com, Exclusive 30A on Florida’s Emerald Coast and Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara.

The move represents a prominent position in one of the hottest villa rental markets in the Caribbean, with a portfolio spanning everything from Seven Mile Beach to Rum Point to Cayman Kai.
