A Hamilton Heights townhouse once rented by Emmy-winning TV personality Sherri Shepherd of the nationally syndicated daytime talk show “Sherri” is on the market for $3.2 million.
Shepherd is an actress best known for her roles as Angie Jordan in “30 Rock” and Evette Chase in “The Sex Lives of College Girls.”
She is also a comedian and was co-host of “The View” from 2007 to 2014.
