2 men stabbed in NYC subway; juvenile suspect sought

Two men were stabbed to death on a New York subway Thursday morning, New York police said.

The stabbing occurred shortly before 7 a.m. on a southbound Q train near the Times Square–42nd Street subway station.

According to police, one of the two was stabbed in the hand and the other in the stomach. The age of the victims is unknown.

The suspect, who is still at large, is described as a dark-skinned teenager.

There is no information yet about the circumstances of the stabbing.

13-year-old stabbed near subway

Meanwhile, a 13-year-old girl was stabbed to death near a subway station in Brooklyn on Sunday, New York police said.

The stabbing occurred around 7:45 p.m. near the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station in Prospect Heights.

According to police, the victim, who suffered a stab wound to the abdomen, was taken to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition.

There is no information yet about what led to the stabbing.
