LOS ANGELES — The owners of a West Seattle grocery store are again working on major repairs after thieves broke into their store and stole an ATM Thursday morning.

Surveillance footage shows three people using a chain and a pickup truck to rip open the front doors and then drag the machine out of the building.

According to Seattle police, the truck also rammed the front door “three times” shortly before 4 a.m. Thursday morning, destroying the doors and burglar bars.

According to police, the suspects also stole other items from the store. Detectives also managed to secure fingerprints at the crime scene.

Estimated damage to the store was estimated at over $20,000. Seattle police were also investigating three robberies that occurred within 20 minutes of each other Wednesday morning.

According to the SPD, the first incident occurred at 7:16 a.m. at a gas station in the area of ​​35th Ave SW and Southwest Holden St.

According to reports, two suspects dressed in dark clothing entered the store, went behind the counter, pushed the employee out of the way and stole about $700 from the cash register before fleeing on foot.

Then around 7:33 a.m., another robbery was reported at a store in the area of ​​the 9000 block of Delridge Way SW involving two suspects matching the same description, police said. The suspects gained access to the cash register in a similar manner and stole $500 in cash, police added.

The third robbery occurred at 7:36 a.m. near Highland Park Way SW and SW Kenyon Street, according to police. Two suspects matching the previous descriptions “conducted a third robbery of a store” by forcibly gaining entry to the cash register and stealing $100 in cash, police said.
