Spohn + Burkhardt North America will introduce the SV1C Premium Control Station at MINExpo 2024. Now available in North America, this new control station is designed to meet the needs of modern mining and industrial applications.

The SV1C Premium is based on the original SV1C design and offers a construction that meets the rigorous demands of mining equipment such as draglines. Available in a range of sizes, the consoles feature sloped control surfaces that provide plenty of space for control devices. The design allows for optimal placement of all devices within the operator’s reach and field of vision, improving both safety and efficiency.

Comfort and productivity are key aspects of the SV1C Premium. The operator stations offer a range of adjustment options so that the operator can find the ideal sitting and working position. This design helps the operator to maintain productivity even over long shifts by preventing fatigue. The adjustable seats with standard lumbar support accommodate operators of all sizes and make the SV1C Premium a practical choice for demanding environments.

Like all other Spohn + Burkhardt control stations, the SV1C Premium can be customized to meet the specific requirements of the machine and the operator’s preferences. Options include different seat models, suspension types, system rotation, footrests, joysticks, control units and monitors.

Looking to the future, Spohn + Burkhardt is developing an enhanced version of the SV1C control station to be launched in 2025. This version will include smart technology with phone app integration and motorized adjustability.
