Gina predicts career collaboration after Elizabeth Lyn Vargas sale

Gina Kirschenheiter shares the latest from her real estate career after it was announced that she is the agent for The Real Housewives of Orange County Former cast member Elizabeth Lyn Vargas’s La Quinta home in season 18.

The update comes from Gina’s exclusive interview with BravoTV.com (see above!), in which she was asked if she ever Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles“Josh Altman, now that he and his wife Heather Altman have an office in Orange County, or perhaps Tracy Tutor, since she recently expanded her business to OC as well.”

Gina’s answer? Not quite yet. She puts it this way: “I haven’t worked with Tracy or Josh Altman yet, but I’m open to working with anyone. I respect the other agents. I enjoy working with them, so it would be great if our paths crossed.”

Eventually, I saw her listings popping up more and more, so trust me, when I find a buyer for one of her listings, it’s a great day for me,” Gina concluded.

Speaking of offers, Gina brought some of the RHOC Ladies can see Elizabeth’s impressive home in Season 18, Episode 6.

The house cost $8,995,000 and had just undergone years of renovations. “Wait until you see the rest,” Elizabeth said as she began the tour of the 10,000-square-foot property in the beautiful entryway.

“It’s worth the price,” Gina added as the women entered the meticulously maintained backyard.

Gina told even more about the huge property with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in an interview with Page Sixand noted that the La Quinta property was their “biggest contract yet.”

“It’s peaceful, you get away from the hustle and bustle of LA and when you come here you can really unwind,” she said. “Elizabeth has done a really wonderful job of finding the balance of keeping some of the original furnishings but at the same time renovating and upgrading anything that was a little dated.”

Gina also shared how grateful she was to be selected for the listing.

“So far, Elizabeth has had nothing but confidence in me throughout the process and she knows that I know what I’m doing,” she said. “And that feels really good, especially as a relatively new agent.”

When did Gina Kirschenheiter become a real estate agent?

Gina announced her big career move last May and has already had a lot of success. In a separate interview with BravoTV.com in April 2024, she shared that work is “going fantastic.”

“We’re still in the first quarter of this year and I’ve closed four deals. My highest close was $1.68 million on a beautiful home in Baker Ranch,” she said.
