Have you always wanted to live in a haunted house? Now might be the time, because the house featured in the 1982 horror film Poltergeist is now for sale.

The Simi Valley home, on the market for the first time in 45 years, is listed for $1,174,999, according to Realtor.com.

Most of the movie was filmed in this house, but Realtor.com promises there are no ghosts there.

“No exorcism needed here. This charming building, which served as the Freeling family home, offers four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and absolutely ‘no ghostly antics,'” they wrote online.
