The annual Lobster & More event was a wonderful evening! The Lincoln Home is grateful to the families and friends in the community who came out to support the residents. The Sandy River Ramblers Bluegrass Band was a great addition to the evening. Folks enjoyed fresh oysters from the Damariscotta River, delicious appetizers, salads, clams, corn, lobster and chicken with blueberry pie and ice cream, and homemade ice cream sandwiches.
The Lincoln Home is grateful for the many helping hands that made the evening a success…Thanks to Board Member Bruce Bachelder and his amazing crew for the actual LOBSTER BAKE…to the kitchen staff…to Director Lorrie Winslow for the incredible charcuterie boards, homemade blueberry pies and homemade ice cream sandwiches…to the incredible staff that worked tirelessly before, during and after the event…to Mook Sea Farms for donating the delicious oysters…to Clark Farms for donating the corn…and to the generosity of several corporate sponsors.
