In Thane district of Maharashtra, a 30-year-old man was hospitalized after a woman injured his private parts with a metal spatula to fend off his alleged unwanted advances, a report by the news agency said. PTI.

On Friday at around 4:30 p.m., Raccha went to the woman’s house and attempted to make sexual advances to her. He also allegedly flashed her throughout the day, the report said.

Raccha and the woman knew each other.

To protect herself, the woman raised an alarm, ran to her kitchen and fetched a metal spatula. She hit Raccha with the utensil, injuring his genitals, the officer said, citing the first information report (FIR).

Raccha, who was seriously injured, was taken from her house for medical treatment. He was taken to hospital.

The woman has filed a complaint against Anil Satyanarayan Raccha for violating her modesty, sexual harassment and trespassing.

The defendant was not arrested because he is in the hospital.

In July, a woman in Saran district of Bihar allegedly cut off a man’s genitals with a knife after he refused to marry her.

The woman was taken into custody and questioned. A blood-stained knife was subsequently found in her possession.

The defendant and the victim had been in a relationship for two years.

She had attacked him after the man had rejected her marriage proposal. She had also accused him of sexually exploiting her under the pretext of marriage.
