WATERLOO – Newton Street is closed at Broadway Street for work related to the Titus Pumping Station and Penstock Project.
The closure began Wednesday and is expected to last about two weeks, weather permitting. Grandview Avenue is currently closed at Broadway Street, but is expected to reopen to traffic by the middle of next week.
