Bebe Rexha burst into tears after an argument at Munich Airport.
The pop star posted two clips from her sobs to her Instagram storyand claimed that a security guard at the airport “threatened” her after she spoke Albanian to him.

“The Lufthansa flight attendant is threatening me,” Rexha said into the camera, wiping tears from her eyes.

The I am a mess The singer was visibly distraught in the video as she spoke while sobbing and with mascara running down her cheeks.
“@Lufthansa, I was threatened because I thought the security guard was Albanian,” she wrote under the clip.
“I spoke to him in Albanian and asked where I could get my ticket and now he is banning me from flying.”
Rexha is fluent in Albanian as her father was born in Debar, North Macedonia, where both Macedonian and Albanian are spoken.

Following the clips of her crying, the singer posted a simple black square with text above it explaining the situation.
“I believe this is a hate crime because I am Albanian,” she wrote.
“He wouldn’t let me take his name. He continued to psychologically abuse me to make me feel like he was more powerful than he was.”
She further said that “not a single woman” from the airline came to her aid during the altercation.
“But I just found out that he works for ATSG, a document control service company hired by Lufthansa.”
A fan page of Rexha also used the story to support the singer and posted it on their own Instagram account.

“@lufthansa please make sure @beberexha gets home safely,” wrote the Instagram account @bukierex.
“@munich_airport please investigate the male police officer who threatened a woman @beberexha for speaking Albanian. Take down your cameras.”
At the time of publication, Rexha has not provided any updates on the situation.
Munich Airport was asked for a statement.
