TAMPA, FL – Hotel Haya, Aparium Hotel Group’s award-winning property in historic Ybor City, has announced the appointment of Kal Harris as Director of Food and Beverage. The New York native has more than a decade of experience and the hotel says he will bring a fresh perspective to Flor Fina, Hotel Haya’s Latin-inspired restaurant, and Cafe Quiquiriqui, the hotel’s cafe and casual lunch spot.

Previously, he worked as General Manager for Tampa’s Next Level Brands (Boulon, Forbici, Union New American). He was responsible for the opening of three new concepts, including design, new construction and launch. During this time, Harris was responsible for driving the company’s culture, including staff development, community engagement and talent planning. This experience has led Harris to his current position at Hotel Haya.
