Clark’s daughter cited her mother’s health as the secret to her long life.

“She never drove a car, and that gives her 50 more years. She walked everywhere. She has a healthy attitude. She is happy,” Pat Clark said.

Mother and daughter attended gymnastics classes together.

“She lifted two kilos and the men looked at her and said, ‘We’re carrying two kilos, what are you doing?’ She weighed 48 kilos and lifted weights of two kilos,” said Pat Cark.

Many of the friends at the party met Clark and her daughter at the fitness class.

Pat Clark says it is an honor to know her mother.

“She values life, that’s what she gave me,” she said.
