In addition to back-to-school deals on a range of Echo devices, including the new Spot and Show smart displays, Amazon has also slashed the price of a number of its already affordable and budget Fire tablets. Alongside a range of other models, which you’ll find detailed below alongside the kids’ models, Amazon is now offering the Fire HD 10 tablet starting at $89.99 ready to ship. It normally retails for $140, which is a $50 discount and a whole lot of tablet for $90. We saw it briefly drop to all-time lows of $75 earlier last month, but today’s deal is otherwise the lowest we’ve seen this year, and is $5 below the deals before it.
It’s not an iPad, but a full-fledged tablet with a 10-inch display that helps you browse the web, email, video chat, and stream video. It offers “25% faster performance than the previous generation,” as well as 32GB of built-in storage (up to 1TB of expandable storage with microSD card—check out these deals), Alexa voice control, and a 5MP front-facing camera.
