Mexican pop icon Belinda is giving her (richest) fans the chance to live like music royalty after offering her stunning Los Angeles mansion for rent.

The singer known as the “Latin Pop Princess” bought the real palace in 2019 for a whopping $4.25 million.

And while it seems that Belinda – born Belinda Peregrin– is not yet ready to give up the house for good, she is testing short- and long-term rental options.

But such a majestic residence also comes at a price: $26,500 a month – and that applies to long-term rental contracts.

Still, with 17 million Instagram fans and a slew of popular songs, Belinda, who was born in Spain but has spent much of her life in Mexico City, will likely have no trouble finding an interested renter for the five-bedroom home, which even has a view of the Hollywood sign.

Stylish space

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom floor plan spans 4,855 square feet of stylish space and features laminate flooring throughout.

It features living and dining areas, and the chef’s kitchen opens to a large backyard with “resort-level amenities.”

Highlights include a cantilevered staircase, high ceilings and a grand piano.

The house is equipped with a “full-house smart entertainment system” that also extends to the outdoor area.

Beautiful terrain

The double-sized property includes a pool, cabana, fire pit, grill, and dining and lounge areas.

Second level bedrooms with balconies include a master suite with walk-in closet and bath.

Additional outdoor space is available on the rooftop terrace, which features a hot tub and a human-sized chess board.

Belinda began her acting career at the age of 10 with an appearance in the telenovela “Amigos x siempre”. Fans of the Disney film “Cheetah Girls 2” will probably know the singer and actress.

Her eponymous first album, “Belinda,” was released in 2003, sold 1.1 million copies, and yielded the chart-topping singles “Lo Siento” and “Vivar.” Her second album, Utopia, earned her two Latin Grammy nominations, was certified platinum in Mexico, and yielded several top 10 singles.

Their four albums have sold over three million copies in total, making them one of Mexico’s most successful female music groups.

The multi-talented artist can also be seen in telenovelas and has been a judge on the Mexican singing competition show “La Voz” since 2020.
