PURPLE opens flagship store in New York’s Soho district

PURPLE has opened the doors to its first physical retail location in Soho, New York. The flagship store was designed as an immersive space for the brand’s community while also serving as a retail and event hub.

Simple chrome details complement marble floors, creating an upscale yet minimalist base. The space is largely open plan, with clothing and accessories displayed on racks and shelves along the walls, while modular sofas provide guests with a place to rest.

PURPLE’s role in contemporary culture is reflected in a DJ booth and recording studio in the store. The store will use the equipment for private and public experiential events, including listening events and podcast recording.

“Our new store embodies PURPLE’s core values ​​of accessibility and hospitality,” said PURPLE founder Luke Cosby. “We designed this space to highlight our brand and provide a platform to communicate who we are. It’s a place where you can not only find the perfect outfit, but also feel the atmosphere, listen to music and immerse yourself in PURPLE’s story.”

After opening in New York, PURPLE plans to open stores in Houston, Atlanta and Las Vegas.
