The Bachelorette 21×07 Review: Take Me Home

The Bachelorette 21×07 Review: Take Me Home

We are approaching the end of this season of The Bachelorette (please let it end) and The Bachelorette 21×07 takes Jenn home with four different men to tell all four of them that she’s definitely falling in love with them, only to have to make the “hardest decision of her life” and send one of them home. I’m kidding, but I’m also not kidding, because this week is basically what every damn season of the show is about, so like…yeeeeeah.

The only funny thing about this episode is that Jeremy is obviously the outsider, because I promise youhis hometown date was the most boring of all, I could sense Jenn was going to hurt him in my soul just because I was strongly tempted to move on. But he shouldn’t have been the underdog because Marcus isn’t even sure if he wants to be here or if he’s ready to be here! And that’s both kind of silly considering is The Bacheloretteand also somehow valid, considering Is Wedding.

There are a ton of reality shows out there these days, and I’ve watched a lot of them. But if you’re watching them with faith in the Almighty or whatever, you have to be sure, right? And if you somehow get to where Marcus is and you’re not, how can you get down on one knee and propose? You can’t. I think the best thing you can do for yourself and for the other person is to say, “Hey, I’m just not there.” And I’m not sure if it’s the timing or just the fact that I’m not there. But I’m really not there. Period.

This show keeps giving me dramatic previews, but I really think Jenn is going to walk out of this with Devin because if there’s one guy who is 200% sure, it’s Devin. My husband laid all his cards on the table this episode and I think Jenn doesn’t just really like Devin, she really likes that. She sees that he’s willing to risk his heart and having been a contestant on this show before, she knows how hard that is. So I think Jenn has a certain respect for what Devin is risking when no one else is willing to take that step for her.

If we’re honest, the top 2 should be Jonathon and Devin, but I have a feeling it will be Devin and Marcus that makes the decision so much easier. Anyway, I almost wish we could see the decision next week, but instead we get the episode “Men Tell All,” and it’s almost as good because boy, do the men really have to tell all.

We are almost at the end, and if there is one last thing to say before Fantasy Suites is released, it is that I hope Jenn finds what she is looking for… I hope she found what she was looking for. I hope she didn’t settle. She seems to really want this process to work and really believe that it will work. I was never so sure, but hey, there are exceptions to everything. Maybe she is one of them.

The last three: Devin, Jonathon, Marcus.
