Vicksburg, MS – Mayor Flaggs announces a planned update of rental prices for the
Ardis T. Williams Auditorium and City Pavilion. Due to increasing operating and maintenance costs, the difficult decision was made to adjust rental fees. This change is essential to maintain the high quality service and upkeep of these important venues for the community.

From October 1, 2024, the following rental prices apply:

• City Pavilion: Rental fee is $200, plus an additional $100 security deposit is required.
  Additionally, insurance coverage of $50 or more is required.
• Ardis T. Williams Auditorium: Auditorium rental fees vary depending on

Rates do not include the $200.00 security deposit, host’s insurance or liquor liability insurance. Security is a separate fee and is paid to the security provider.
