Greenwood Park Mall will welcome four new stores next year, Simon Property Group announced in a press release Tuesday.

Stores opening soon at Greenwood Park Mall include:

  • PF Chang’s: The Asian restaurant chain will open its third location in Central Indiana next year. PF Chang’s will serve its famous chicken lettuce wraps along with a variety of chicken bowls and stir-fries. The other two locations are downtown and at Keystone at the Crossing.
  • Green flavors of Mexico: Verde is a family-run restaurant founded in Indianapolis by the ArĂ©chiga family, originally from Guadalajara. Verde serves authentic dishes like mole enchiladas and quesabirria tacos along with margaritas. The Greenwood location will open in early 2025 next to BJ’s Restaurant and will be the restaurant’s fourth location.
  • Painting with a twist: Budding and casual artists can spend an evening at Painting with a Twist, an art studio that combines painting with wine and snacks. The shop, the sixth in Indiana, will open this fall.
  • Love bag: Lovesac, the national furniture retailer known for its customizable sofas, will open this fall.

Other retail openings: Maine-based LL Bean opens store in Indianapolis

The large mall remains the epicenter of retail on the south side as the city works with mall owner Simon to attract businesses to Greenwood.

Greenwood Park is home to approximately 130 stores and is one of Simon’s four shopping centers in central Indiana.
